I'm starting to think that Hershel Walker-esque traps are just not in the cards for me genetically :to: I mean I db shrug 145s, deadlift 505, power shrug 405, do neck bridges, high pulls.....The fukk else a nikka gon do?

Listen to your bodies breh... mine was tellin me to take time off like a month ago

I feel like bulking might need that same hormonal reset as cutting....

Couldn't get 485 today on deads. Guess them pullthroughs with the bands torched my posterior chain yesterday :noah: I mean I had to lay down after them

Dont think i was doing it right today :bryan:

I usually fukk with rows and pull ups for back exercise. Im tryna start fukking with the dead lifts doe.

put me on brehs

Feet shoulder width apart, underneath the bar with your shins touching the bar.

Squat down, grab the bar (over/under grip) just outside of your feet.

Keep your head up, looking fwd, hips high

Take a deep breath, hold it, abs tight, ass tight, drive your heels into ground, lift with your legs, bring your hips fwd, stand straight up
