Yeah, my gym is generally empty so I got carte blanche to do what I want so I'll try em. I like volume and already do the seated cable rows and chins too. Now that you say this I may be doing too much on my back and shoulder dayI did em off the bench... if nothing else just out of consideration for others. I never really felt like I got the mind muscle connection from em. And when I was hittin em heavy (3x5x145/hand ) they absolutely nuked my lower back. I just do seated cable rows now. Weighted chins are my main lat move
