I did em off the bench... if nothing else just out of consideration for others. I never really felt like I got the mind muscle connection from em. And when I was hittin em heavy (3x5x145/hand :ohlawd: ) they absolutely nuked my lower back. I just do seated cable rows now. Weighted chins are my main lat move
Yeah, my gym is generally empty so I got carte blanche to do what I want so I'll try em. I like volume and already do the seated cable rows and chins too. Now that you say this I may be doing too much on my back and shoulder day :lupe:

I like to do less things better than tractor trailer my way through max volume

Unless you rowing with no momentum from the floor IDK how you would consider that a DB row...more like a upper back/trap focused workout from the way I see people do it. But then again I'm anal with my form and like to being as close to 90 degrees as possible. :dwillhuh:

Why people got to be disrespectful and do their set with their light as weights in front of you blocking the view of the mirrors? :scusthov:

:dwillhuh: look up deadstop dumbbell rows. You are far more susceptible to momentum when you DON'T row from the floor actually
