Anyone bulked using fats as main source of energy? Thinking about lessening carbs and using MUCH more fats for health reasons.

No but when I start bulking again I'm def gonna lean more on fats than carbs. Worth it for fighting water bloat/weight, and it will def enable me to get even more protein in. I have been cutting on ~120-150g of carbs now, and about half of that is really good carbs (fiber n veggies). I don't wanna do more than 250g of carbs when I get to bulking again, and I wanna make sure at least half of that comes from "good" carbs. Will make a huge difference.

Other big thing to watch is salt... that shyt holds on to water like crazy too.

I think I might attempt it in the next few weeks. I don't even want to say bulk but trying to add some muscle mass.

I will keep a full log here if so.

Past 2 days I've been able to get my income bench press to 140 10 reps. My dumbbell standing overhead press to 40 lbs and 10 reps. Also on my final set of front squats I went up to 190 for 10 reps. Damn those were tough.

Also I got a question for farmers carries. Where should I be feeling it? Im getting into it slowly but back has been sore the last 2 times I have done it.

It's a full body movement so there are many answers. Your forearms, fingers, and traps take the most beating

Commercial gyms are an amusing place I tell ya
