No but when I start bulking again I'm def gonna lean more on fats than carbs. Worth it for fighting water bloat/weight, and it will def enable me to get even more protein in. I have been cutting on ~120-150g of carbs now, and about half of that is really good carbs (fiber n veggies). I don't wanna do more than 250g of carbs when I get to bulking again, and I wanna make sure at least half of that comes from "good" carbs. Will make a huge difference.Anyone bulked using fats as main source of energy? Thinking about lessening carbs and using MUCH more fats for health reasons.

My dumbbell standing overhead press to 40 lbs and 10 reps. Also on my final set of front squats I went up to 190 for 10 reps. Damn those were tough.
