Gonna start eating oatmeal for breakfast for the most of the time except when I workout really early or on my off days from the gym. Ill have an egg & cheese sandwiches in that case. I just gotta away from cereals.
Thats pretty interestingmy waist size has went down so much during Ramadan and its only like 10 days in. Strength is still good, but endurance is down, obviously. But I went from a 36 waist to almost a 30 right now, nothing fits, and I have been eating like sh*t at night. in the morning I'm good though, so that must be making a difference, about 750 calories in the morning (clean) and probably 1500-2000 at night give or take.
I use a chair since I'm at home@GinaThatAintNoDamnPuppy!

for db rows, do you find it easier to row off of the bench or rack?
I did em off the bench... if nothing else just out of consideration for others. I never really felt like I got the mind muscle connection from em. And when I was hittin em heavy (3x5x145/hand ) they absolutely nuked my lower back. I just do seated cable rows now. Weighted chins are my main lat move@GinaThatAintNoDamnPuppy!

Personally I say the rack I feel like I use less momentum that way.
That said I don't do them very heavy anymore. They are usually part of a super-set with a chest movement so I'm trying to get full range of motion and squeeze.
