Pretty mixed week so far for me. Didn't have my best cardio session on Monday. But on Tuesday I was able to increase my bench on my last set to do 8 reps of 170, should be able to do 10 next week. Also upped my overhead press to 95 for 10 reps. Today I was able to do squat 270 for 10 reps and 265 for the 2 other sets. My whole legs were so fricking sore for the rest of my workout. In fact my deadlift session was pretty meh, which sucks since I won't be doing those again till next week.
