based on how I'm feeling I wouldn't mind dragging it out slightly. I'll see how I'm feeling after 6 weeks, that's my trial periodFrom what I was reading long as you space out the workouts and get enough rest in between you should be fine

Is this any different than a normal weight belt? On the rare occasion I do hip squats i grab a weight belt throw on a few 45' plates and get on top of 2 small stands (used for step ups and what not)O and brother @Malta I wasnt feeling the hip squat belt. shyt takes like 2 hours to setup. My biggest beef is there doesnt seem to be an easy way to get in and out of it. shyt should have a buckle or velcro strap or something. U have to play with the straps like a bookbag
It doesn't open, and it has hooks on the front and back so you can use straps to hold a barbellIs this any different than a normal weight belt? On the rare occasion I do hip squats i grab a weight belt throw on a few 45' plates and get on top of 2 small stands (used for step ups and what not)

But the real shocker is how much Watt eats for breakfast. He eats so much, he splits his morning meal into two parts. He said, "First breakfast: five eggs, some hash browns, whole wheat pancakes, a banana, orange juice, water and an apple. Second breakfast: oatmeal, five eggs, wheat toast."
