O and brother @Malta I wasnt feeling the hip squat belt. shyt takes like 2 hours to setup. My biggest beef is there doesnt seem to be an easy way to get in and out of it. shyt should have a buckle or velcro strap or something. U have to play with the straps like a bookbag
