That's probably why stopped working out so much. When I'm getting constant buns, I feel less of a need to work out all the time. Not like I'm over / under weight :heh:

3 weeks into GVT I've got noticeably less fat on my lower abs. I wasn't much to begin with but that shyt gettin tight af now. Legs have grown quite significantly. Chest fat unfortunately has made minimal improvent. My overall body composition has improved thus far. It's nice actually being on a proper program.

Man after doing a litany of calf raises both standing and sitting my right leg always hurts. Like I strained or stretched it too much. Always the right leg tho. I wonder if I'm over compensating or its growth. My right calf is bigger than my left.
These fukkers gon grow or give out trying :demonic:

O and brother @Malta I wasnt feeling the hip squat belt. shyt takes like 2 hours to setup. My biggest beef is there doesnt seem to be an easy way to get in and out of it. shyt should have a buckle or velcro strap or something. U have to play with the straps like a bookbag


You get better at adjusting it and knowing how to set it up.


I'll take the extra prep time over compressing my spine, I can't risk my back breh, I can't.
