3 weeks into GVT I've got noticeably less fat on my lower abs. I wasn't much to begin with but that shyt gettin tight af now. Legs have grown quite significantly. Chest fat unfortunately has made minimal improvent. My overall body composition has improved thus far. It's nice actually being on a proper program.

based on how I'm feeling I wouldn't mind dragging it out slightly. I'll see how I'm feeling after 6 weeks, that's my trial period
