Time to create some goals for myself to accomplish.

I want to eventually be able to:
Flat bench 185 for 10 reps
Incline bench bodyweight for 10 reps
Overhead press 135 for 10 reps
Back squat 275 for 10 reps
Front squat 225 for 10 reps
Deadlidt 225 for 6 reps ( I should be able to do this within a month).

The difficulty of these goals varies widely. I'm not sure that is intentional of if you are just unaware.

That deadlift goal is easy as hell compared to the others, especially vs. the 225 front squat. A more even goal might be 225 front squat and 315 deadlift.

The overhead press goal is crazy compared to the flat bench. If you can strict overhead press 135 X10, you likely will have passed the 185 flat bench mark a long ass time before that

I think raising your deadlift goal and lowering your overhead press goal (maybe to 120) will give you some balanced numbers to shoot for

Yea that def makes sense. I only recently started changing my deads reps from 10 to 6. So that number should be above 225 in no time.

Proably 115 is a more reasonable goal for my overhead press for the moment. I was able to 95 for 10 reps before I had to take a few days off from lifting last week.

So Achilles still hurting me but the swelling and pain had subsided a lot and I've been wrapping my ankle

Tonight was my first night doing a legit "I feel accomplished" work out in almost a week. I got to the gym having upper body in mind and insteD just did whatever lol

Triceps, biceps, abs, leg extensions, leg presses.

I probably shouldn't of did presses cause of my ankle but it was feeling better. And I didn't do high weight. I just did low weight (50) and high reps and added 20 pounds after feeling confident w/ my ankle

Hopefully I don't wake up tomorrow regretting doing legs.
