Man I think I might have to throw bent over rows to the bushes. I don't really feel the benefit from the 45 degree version. And I just can not get comfortable at all with the 90 degree version at all. I think I will just stick with t bar rows, seated cable rows and dumbbell rows when I want to do my rows.

Gvt style trap bar deads again yesterday with 315lbs. shyt takes tremendous mental toughness.

Anyway, I made some today. Put sliced apples, chopped walnuts, almond milk, a spoonful of peanut butter and half a scoop of protein powder in it. shyt was :ahh:

I went to go get some protein powder today and they gave me a free sample of preworkout. It was watermelon flavored.

Should I be offended by this shyt?

anyone ever do a cycling class? Thinking about joining a gym with the family, and classes are free. They even have a HIIT cycle class.
