Thinking of buying a weighted vest to go hiking with, maybe lift weights with it on. Anyone uses this to workout? What do you think Of it?

Start with the little 20lb barbell or one of those little yoga bars. Back squats will get u right. I can tell by ur posture and legs now u could probably do the legit barbell for reps though.

Tonight I did some free weight squats. I was nervous but after I did about 15 reps of 25 lbs I felt so good about myself. I know it's not much but it's a start and I'm hype as fukk about building my body up to being able to do more.

The gym is all I've been thinking about lately. Wish I was there right now. I want this so bad.

I'm off the next two days and then working thurs-sat til close and opening Sunday. So the next two days I plan on doing 2 a days and working out before I go to work everyday.

Tonight I did some free weight squats. I was nervous but after I did about 15 reps of 25 lbs I felt so good about myself. I know it's not much but it's a start and I'm hype as fukk about building my body up to being able to do more.

Just make sure u get ur form right. None of that quarter squat good morning bullshyt :ufdup:

No days off June!! :takedat:The plan is 5x5 3 days a week with added 3 min per side hula hoop per set. Other 4 days of the week I do 5x5 but I'm targeting arms (triceps kickback, bicep curl and push-ups) and the hula hoop as well. After 6 weeks I will target another area. Then 20 miles per week of running.

I'm on a 11 day streak now and I make sure to stretch and all that as not hurt anything. I added arm circles and speed bags to my hula hooping last night. :noah: If I get bored with hooping I will sub with jump rope or jumping jacks.

I went skating last Sunday two guys told me that I looked nice and I was getting smaller. :wow: I know these guys are genuine and not just trying to gas me so they can beat :russ:

Had to eat shyt on box jumps today:

I was doing sets of alternating jumps on the 30" and 36" boxes. Up one down, up the other down and repeat for sets of 5. Got to the 4th set and bailed on the last 36" rep. Landed straddling the box (not so bad) but totally crushed my already banged up arm. :francis:

15 reps of 25 lbs. and that was it? Those bodypump people do multiples of that set.
What is your current weight and height?
