Did my /me lower today. Used the trap bar for my deads today and Prob will used that to change it up from the conventional deads. Also because it puts less stress and lower back. Plus I wanna do deads where I can do 10 reps.
And man front squats are fricking tough. Did 3 x 10 with 185 and I Prob could of went higher but didn't Push it. What's crazy is that 205 is my warm up weight for my back squats. But then again I've been doing back squats for over a year and this was the 2nd time doing front squats. So I'll just give it time.
