I jogged 4 miles on the treadmill and worked on biceps.
Also stretched legs afterwards.

Im bout to go back to a mechanical scale. This digital shyt....... shyt will vary 1-2lbs in like 10 minutes.
It's all relative and will give you a ballpark idea of where you are. Same with the mechanical scale. And, the mechanical scale is a ghetto metal spring. It's about as accurate as my free throw.

I ran 6.43 miles this morning. Longest distance I've gone. I've mentally broken down this marathon into four 6.5 mile segments. I figure if I can get consistent with 6.5, adding mileage "should" be an easy transition.
