The 8-4 and fiery moats
I've been doing 6-8 reps for a while now. Can tell my body's getting bored of it. Might try something different for a change and hit 6 reps (heavy weight) for my first 3 sets of an exercise, then 2 more in the 10-12 range.

I'm probably gonna do this for a month. That and really focus on form.

Good to get back to the gym after taking the week off for exams. today I just did cardio & yoga. Really excited to do my upper body workout tomorrow.
