I dont know what Im gonna do this summer brehs. I am trying to figure out how to fit in 3 upper days, 3 lower days and at least 2-3 cardio sessions in a week :sadcam:

If I can handle all this volume in a cut, when I get back in a bulk it's over :demonic:

Right now im on

Fri-Chest/back
Sat- shoulders/arms
Sunday - legs
tues - chest/back

Not the ideal split but its tough for me to go to the gym during the work week

What routine are you on?

Im at like 218. Waves still spinning, hairline intact :smugfavre:

yeah shyt is tough when youve got a tight schedule.

once i gained back what my muscle memory could remember, i went straight to oly lifts to iron out all my imbalances. first time i've been on them straight.

Slow chin ups have revolutionized back day. Requires swallowing (pause) your pride though cause I can only get off sets of 6 slow reps. But I feel parts of my back activating that I never have before :wow:
