shyt just aint natural for the wrists breh. I wonder if my ROM is less on DB bench... it just feels so much better though. I might switch to DB bench permanently.Literally did 115lbs. dumbbells for reps, but I struggle and it somewhat hurts to bench 225lbs. It's abvious that my bar bench should be way higher, but it....doesn't.
I also need to stop sleeping on my sides...shoulders be sore in the morning and at the gym. Back is the only way to go. Used to sleeping on my side for 20+ years.

Hey guys I been thinking about cutting the leg press when I'm doing my lower body workout. It just feels too similar to a squat but not completely sure what to do yet.
Right now my routine for lower body is:
Squats ( Gonna start rotating front and back squats when I get back lifting after my week off).
Deadlifts
Leg press
Walking lunges
Step ups.
There are many variations of squats u can replace it withHey guys I been thinking about cutting the leg press when I'm doing my lower body workout. It just feels too similar to a squat but not completely sure what to do yet.

I tried that sleeping on my back shyt. It's not easy. Even when I fell asleep on my back.... I'd wake up on my stomach
Where are you getting the most activation muscle wise with each?
Prob will end up just replacing leg press, I just gotta figure out which variation to replace it with. There are many variations of squats u can replace it with
