Hopefully I ain't asking for too much... But I recently got back in the gym with some friends, they know all the routines... My goal is to bulk up. I need to add some fukking weight.... Anyway these cats are starting to slack and I'm not about that. I'm hoping to add 10-15 pounds but I really want a "standard" workout routine I can use. For example: back and shoulder day routines... Legs... Etc...
