Hopefully I ain't asking for too much... But I recently got back in the gym with some friends, they know all the routines... My goal is to bulk up. I need to add some fukking weight.... Anyway these cats are starting to slack and I'm not about that. I'm hoping to add 10-15 pounds but I really want a "standard" workout routine I can use. For example: back and shoulder day routines... Legs... Etc...

I wanna get swole to guys :manny:

after hitting my back with insane volume for the last 3-4 months, my deadlift is finally intermediate! hit 305 for triples today. tried 315 twice, but that bytch just wouldn't lock out. :bryan:

Oh well, i'm on a cut so setting a pr is a victory in itself

all you guys here talking about zerchers, got me seriously intruiged... if i squat 275 for like 6 reps, how low should i start on the zerchers

It takes getting use to. I don't know how the weight would transfer. Start with 135 and see how it goes.
