Joined a new gym yesterday since I moved back home because I graduated uni.

Some old fat man came in with two stripper looking hoes, one asian one black. Looked like some sugar daddy thing was weird as fuk. But it was kind of amusing to see him run through their exercise circuit. Is this a common occurrence?

Did some tune up sets on zercher squats tonight. Messed around and set a PR of 355lbs for 4 reps after doing a set of 8 with 325lbs. The key is warming up so that the mental block goes away

People who do dumbbell incline bench press, what seat position do you use???? First or second notch from flat.

Gonna start going to gym tomorrow, hopefully I can lose 20 pounds by end of June or mid july :mjcry:

That's aggressive but good luck.
lol, I probably won't make that goal but idk..I am just going to workout for 1 to 2 hrs for 5-6 days and eat grilled chicken for lunch and egg for night. If I even lose around 15 pounds, I am happy with it

How are your bicep tendons not mince meat :damn:

*EDIT* OK they made a very strong case for them. Gonna do these along with front squats
