I`m not familiar with those. In all honesty Squats is all you need to build decent legs, everything else is a bonus. When I used to work out in an apartment gym they did not have a squat rack, only a Smith Machine, so for Legs I would just do Heavy Leg Press and Stiff Leg Deadlifts/Leg Curl machine. Compound lifts are king because they knock out multiple muscles in a single lift, but when you dont have access to a gym where you can do the big 3 (bench, squat, Deads), then is when you look up stuff that will hit each part of the muscle good. My first 5-6 months of lifting I did the Starting Strength Program, and once I got used to it I still kept the format and added 1-2 extra accessory lifts. It wasn't until I became an Intermediate lifter that I went to a 5 day bro split.
