Leg press aint bad. You can get her doing some kind of lunges, hamstring curls, hip thrusters and some calves and you got yourself a complete leg day without squats
I just dont want to hurt her lower back. I will have to teach her how to keep her back from rounding. Maybe throw on a seat belt.
