Thinking about taking a full week off from working out from May 7th to the 13th. I won't be able to workout from the 7th to the 10th. Plus I got finals on the 13th. I haven't taken a significant amount of time away from working out since last October when I got sick.

Still not 100% sure if I should do it.

Do it son a week off every once in a while is good.

LOL How you mention IIFYM and the word Restriction in the same sentence? "Wanting to be told what to eat" is restrictive dieting, IIFYM is not. IIFYM is the literal definition of being Flexible, how can you be flexible if someone is telling you specifically what to eat? All this Keto, Clean Eating, blah blah blah is restrictive eating.
Bruh any diet that involves a caloric deficit is restrictive.

IIFYM is the definition of restrictive. You can do anything IF it fits your macros. If it doesn't - you can't have it. That's a restriction.

Don't tell me you haven't been on your macro/calorie counter app with the :francis: expression because you've used up 95% of your macros and calories... straight :sadcam::mjcry: status. I've been there a good number of times. Like any diet it's restrictive.

I did "real" deadlifts for the first time in MONTHS yesterday.

315x5x2
295x5x2
278x6x2
225x10

......and then I did heavy back (pullups/hammer strength rows) today.

My forearms probably won't work tomorrow.
