Is it possible to develop a decent chest if you skip flat bench? shyt just doesn't sit right w/ my shoulders.

Thinking of doing only Incline and Decline Bench…and throwing in some flat barbell work.

Whats your grip width like? Do you retract your shoulder blades and keep your back tight? I used to have problems with flat BB bench and gave up on it altogether for a few months.... fixed my form and a year later so far so good.

My chest game is pretty weak too, especially upper chest. Def gonna do some more incline work, and fly once I'm off this cut. That's about all you can do I think.

use Dumbbells breh. I've got an 84 inch wingspan so I feel you my shoulders and elbows get real iffy real quick if i'm not doing everything as perfect as possible on the way up and on the way down. Most cats are lacking in the upper chest more so than lower or mid I notice, so you aren't missing tons IMO if you limit flat BB

Yes. You should have most focus on incline bench anyway. Most people lack upper chest development

Are there really any major benefits lifting in Chucks like people say? I usually train in old Air Force 1s but a local store has a sale on Chucks, 60% off

Some people like the flat plane and lack of shifting from air soles from a stability stand point. You could just go without shoes for squats, deads, etc.
