This is several months old, but it marked the first time in 15 YEARS that I could consistently dunk.

I'm 31, and I was probably around 190 in the vid.

Posted it somewhere else on here, figured I'd share with the gym brehs too

How's a young fly humble 26 yr old like myself get their hops back? Leg day is Mon&Fri for me, you do anything besides just lift like box jumps or anything? Props on pushing the clock back to your prime

For me, losing weight was the biggest difference. But I did a lot more lifting that plyo work.

A lot of variations in my squat routine. Heavy 3x3 days, 100 rep days, speed squats, pause squats, jump squats, front squats....I did it all.

Man my nose started bleeding before my workout started. I had to put a little paper towel in my right nostril, but man this workout felt miserable. Although I was able to do what I usually do.

135 lbs. 10 reps.
155 lbs. 10 reps

295 lbs. 1 rep

not a bad day in the gym... :leon: lots of energy, surprised myself.

I thought I would have no energy because of carb backloading..


Morning shake 7:30 am

2 scoops of whey
1 tblsp of mct oil
3 tblsp coffee
2 tblsp Flax seeds

12:00pm
5 eggs
3 turkey sausages

Preworkout shake 4:30pm
2 scoops of whey
1 tblsp mct oil

Workout at 5:20pm... post workout I :shaq::eat:


stopped eating jus now got around 3900 calories in today.
