No, u are definitely not. I had a big wake up call when I switched from the local Y (cheap rubber bullshyt) to a Golds (Iron Grip errthang). Everything was probably 5-10% heavier no lie. Cheap weights have a lot of variation too.

forgot to mention how much a compression sleeve helped my incline benching Sunday....I was thinking about using the BandIT Therapeutic Forearm Band since its really just my left arm that tends to give way on my pressing exercises but this will do

No. I wear indoor soccer shoes. I've worn wrestling shoes but didn't like it. I prefer to get some heel height. I've had Adidas Olympic weightlifting shoes with the wooden heels, but they were too tight in the toe area. I have wide feet. I ended up selling them.
Sometimes, I'll forget and I'll have my running sneakers. I can wear those on my light-weight, high-rep leg days.I can feel my heels squishing the midsole down though.
Yeah, I either just do converses or go shoeless when squatting but for everything else, (e.g. lunges, leg press,etc.) I just use my running shoes and I get the same feeling in the midsole as well.

yea it was the bars by bodysolid on amazon which i was looking at in december, now them shyts is $260@Hybrinetics dip bars $200?
fukk that. i would prefer one that had bars going inward although most i see are completely parallel. my pops can build a lotta shyt outta wood, maybe see if he can do something like this
