Word, I`m good on the industry, good on sups too most are a waste of money. Only you tubers I watch still is Chris Jones, and thats just because he's entertaining, I've been lifting long enough where I dont really need tips.

anyone in here mess with HIIT cardio? any good results in terms of fat loss?

I started doing this past while:

15 min
- 1 minute spring burst at 10
- 1 minute rest

How are my east coast, particularly boston cats holding up? City has been shut down a lot over this month

Luckily my gym has only closed once so far...hopefully it can stay open during this week

Since I sit all day at work I think it's wise to have daily GLUTE work no matter what. One set of squats or deads or thrusts or clean pulls shall be mandatory no matter what that day's workout calls for.

For upper body and cardio days I usually do squats or deads as my overall warmup.

Right now I'm mainly doing planks. And get some good ab work in via farmer's walks.

I do so many I dont know where to start...the problem is I dont know the name of many of 'em

DIfferent variations of leg raises to start...knee raises, leg raises, leg raises with the bouncey ball, crossover with bands, ab bycicle,

nothing

I know some bodybuilders avoid direct ab work because it makes your midsection wider, and bodybuilding is all about keeping the waist slim to maximize that V shape.
