First off switch to boneless thighs.

For a quick recipe I like to take about a tablespoon of brown sugar, half a teaspoon of salt and as much pepper as I want.... do a dry rub on the chicken thighs and fry them. Comes out real nice and adds relatively low calories.

You can season with shyt like jerk marinade or w/e too... just watch that salt, keep it under 3000mg/day.
You still haven't gotten that grill pan have you?

about to try creatine for the first time... hopefully i gain more than just water weight... currently doing the "loading" phase

Starting Sunday I'll finally get to get consistently back into the gym. Moving cross country and dislocating 2 fingers. I'm like 200lbs. and need to get the SSJ2 swole back...:to:
