Marathon date is Oct 17th going to register when I get paid Thursday. That gives me about 9 months of training. I'm going to search online for a good training schedule. I'm nervous and excited at the same time.

My brothers, how far can i go in seasoning my chicken breasts? Eating it plain was too bland of course so i have started to just add cayenne pepper, a bit of mixed herbs and some garlic. Could i go to the store and get some of that jerk sauce in a bottle for example would that be too much? :noah:

To post more about my gym story at the moment:

Wake up at 6am, drink a protein shake and take some creatin. Go to the gym until about 730. Im just doing compound exercises right now until the end of the month. Upper body one session and then lower body next session. I always start with 12 mins. HIIT Interval on the bike though

Breakfast - oatmeal

Lunch - 3 boiled eggs, half a can of tuna + 3 quorn sausages (basically vegetarian version but good source of protein. Is this enough?) oh and some salad and fruit

Dinner - 2 chicken breasts, 3 quarters of a cup filled with brown rice and vegetables.

Im trying to lose a bit of my stomach weight while ideally trying to pack on some muscle aswell. Thoughts?

Some green seasoning (i use about a spoon and some change no matter how i do my chicken. ex BBQ, jerk, stew etc.)

Adding weighted sit-ups to the routine (with weight behind head, dat shyt hard) . My shyt gon be like Sheetrock. Also my gymnastics rings will be here Thursday :lawd:

All this cardio is making me feel so drained :noah:

I can't wait until I hit my goal so I can scale back on the cardio and just focus on lifting and playing ball.

First off switch to boneless thighs.

For a quick recipe I like to take about a tablespoon of brown sugar, half a teaspoon of salt and as much pepper as I want.... do a dry rub on the chicken thighs and fry them. Comes out real nice and adds relatively low calories.

You can season with shyt like jerk marinade or w/e too... just watch that salt, keep it under 3000mg/day.
