Man I'm dealing with that right now. I've lost almost 80 pounds since I graduated HS. (3 years ago). But now my family keeps telling me to stop losing weight and they will suggest me to eat sweets and anything that is bad for you routinely. Thank god I have good self control.
They aren't used to seeing you skinnier.

Houston to LA like I'm Robert Horry.
I'm not going to lie, I've kinda slacked off. In October, I was at my peak in terms of muscular definition was concerned.

I saw my ex at the gym and she told me, I looked good and left the gym with the quickness after our small conversation, I don't know what that means :wow:

Anyways since that point I've been following a routine but I stopped pushing myself to the fullest, very lazy workouts. I weigh about the same, but I don't look as big. Right now I'm around 192-193 pounds (This is up from 175-180 at the beginning of the year). Still trying to get into the low 200's and THEN have a major cut to have my abs looking right but still don't want to lose a lot of size. Just been lazy, with my diet and workouts :mjcry:

Ok brehs and brehettes, it's been a minute since I posted in here. Between school, a promotion at work, and various other commitments I've gotten :flabbynsick:

My diet is back on point and I'm thinking 5x5 to get back in the swing of things. My question is do I need to start with an empty bar since I've done it before or can start with a decent amount of weight?

If you aren't starting from scratch I would start with a weight you can manage progress from.

Man I can't get back in to working out yet. After fracturing my ankle a month ago I'm to the point I can walk on it. Tried to go light and hit the elliptical and just had pain going up and down my leg that I hurt. Just driving me crazy not being able to get a run in of any sort. Especially was trying to get back in before the new year resolution rush.
