200mg is perfectly safe for everyday use and will give you better results than sugar, especially if used with beta alinine or something
Why would you want the empty calories rather than caffeine?
That stuff is for endurance athletes like marathoners and cyclists. For weight lifting you might as well have a bowl of oatmeal 2 hours before your workout, it will achieve the same goal.
Now....that being said....I actually myself often drink a protein/dextrose mix during my workout when I am trying to cram calories. It has gotten me am extra rep or two here and there, but nothing compared to what a simple caffeine based pre workout can do.
You had a great combo before....caffeine/BCAAs is godly. 200mg shouldnt mess with your sleep
People's caffeine sensitivity varies. Mine is super high. I could probably workout for 2 hours with caffeine. Go all nitedude..why would you ever take intra-workout sugar instead of caffeine?
