225? ATG? That's far too heavy and going down that low will injure your knees. I prefer keeping about a 135 degree angle between my shins and thighs. Much safer.
I've been doing deep squats for decades. My knees are fine. If your form is correct from the start (under 135 lbs total weight including barbell), then you maintain that form while going up in weight.
Actually my pelvis is starting to degenerate though. :old:

I did a bicep workout yesterday. Nothing awesome or bad. I don't know how I'm going to do triceps at this hotel gym. I could use the dumbbells I guess. I prefer to use machines so as not to get my bad shoulder involved.

Moving out west in a few weeks and I'd been telling my gym fellas that it's official.

I go in yesterday to do legs after putting it off for two days and all of the trainers & staff are asking me where I'm going?

I tell them that I'm moving west pretty soon. Figured they'd heard from some other people. :leon:

Nope. They were asking me where I was going to work out. Turns that THAT specific location is closing.... :mjcry:

...and yesterday was the last day. :damn:

Didn't even get to workout with my night crew one last time. :to:

I've been at that location from the day it opened to the day it closed. I still have a gym to work out at before I leave, but that place had become my home and the other gym is way too busy.
