I work in an office next to old people... they have been talking for like half an hour about their various ailments

Man you should see the people I work with. It's the biggest :mindblown: thing. How the heck do people in fitness / health related fields yet struggle or don't even attempt to care of themselves. I mean I'm assuming at some point they came across information about how to get into shape and what it takes. Instead I'm around people under 25, who are pre-diabetes and need surgery. :mindblown:. They eat fast food all the time, skip breakfast, and constantly drink sodas and sugary liquids. :wtf:

This can't be life....

Its amazing what time and negligence can do. Lot of morbidly obese people at my job, it's bizarre. One coworker stays with an energy drink. High sugar + caffeine + BMI in the mid 30s = :damn: More sugar in one of those than I have in a day

I am sore as a bytch right now..my workout wasn't even that intense the other day..still going tonight though..different gym since my regular gym is doing renovations for the rest of the week...trying out this gold gym that's near my spot for a week..got a VIP pass and everything

Took a break from weights during the summer and ended it this week (supposed to be just for the summer.... then Labor Day... then... well you get the idea). Seeing the gym regulars and their progress during that time :obama:. And after this morning's pump, I'm definitely not taking that long a break again. Missed it.

Its kinda :russ: to see the looks on peoples faces when they see you fukking around with only 135lbs for like 20-30 minutes. See you In & out the gym real quick. You leave them second guessing your workouts like WTF was all that light weights about :dwillhuh::mindblown: :wtf:

Nothing like reinvigorating the mind, body & soul though.......God Bless the concept of Deload & Periodized training :blessed:

I order from there a fair bit, the chicken breast is 200g so thats basically double what Tescos do and its not pumped full of water.

to add on to this..i went last night..and its not a bad gym but there was this dude in there...nikka had a ac slater mullet and everything looking in there...dude was eyeing me on some aggressive shyt the whole fukking time while I was :mjlol: at the sight of him

The process of cutting has made me completely and utterly hate fat people for the fact that literally all they have to do to lose weight is stop being fukking pigs while i have to lift weights religiously, cut most of the shyt i like and trick my body into boosting its metabolism. But all theyll see is a short nikka that "was always in shape" to rationalize their fuxkery. Yeah im :mad:

Another funny thing... I don't see it too much... but brehs who get competitive as fukk when they are lifting close to somebody else

I saw this the other day. I go in to do a basic upper body workout. I'm fukking around with paused bench, going up from 225, 235, 245... this clown is doing 1/2 rep maxes at least 10 lbs heavier than me. I do some other shyt, then go and do overhead DB tricep extensions. Dude was doing incline DB press, immediately stopped to do what I was doing. I hit 5 sets of 85x10, this clown is struggling with at least 105. Mind u dude is a good 30-40lbs smaller than me, and not much leaner if at all. I wonder how much progress one can make on the "lift 10-30lbs more than whatever the breh next to me is lifting with half reps" program :snoop:
