@Spliff have u ever tried doing 6sets of the depleted workouts in a row? so like 6/15 or is that frowned upon? i swear my second 3/15 on incline bench had me questioning life.

I always did 3sets of 15 twice. Doing 6 sets once would burn way too much for me, especially leg press. :why:

No it's not frowned upon. You can do depletion workouts a lot of ways as long as you get the same total reps/time-under-tension for each muscle.

Abs everyday or not? I been doing them everyday a total of 320 in sets of 40 but now those 40 are getting tough, I'm wondering if its because I am doing them everyday.

320 of what? straight crunches?

I had an inception type moment this morning. Alarm went off and in my dream I was up and dressed for the gym. Like I vividly remember putting on clothes, socks and my sneakers. Shiiiitt when I actually woke up it was 45 minutes later. I was so confused AND missed my workout.

Got four plates on deadlift yesterday:whew:

Then after I got it and was dead tired I had to take all that weight off and put that shyt away :damn: why no one warn me about this breh. Someone shoulda put that shyt up for me as a reward for getting that 405

I did overkill on back, I got a wrist injury so only thing I can is variations of pulldowns and machine rows. I think I got over forty sets :blessed: Not if I can control this diet thing :unsure:

Going on 36 hours with no A/C in the gym or my apartment....and yesterday was legs. fakkit repairman lost the spare key. :pacspit::pacspit::pacspit::pacspit:
