Just finished leg day at 7:40am PST. That’s 2/3 this week before my holiday tomorrow and 17/18 days in the gym M-F this month (not counting tomorrow). Consistency been bananas, it feels so ingrained now.
I’m really liking goblet squats more and more. Good exercise to load up on the reps.
About 1-1.5lbs from my Q1 target. Wanted to hit it before my holiday but should get to it next week granted I keep the diet and liq in check when I touch down.
Main thing for my holiday is getting the steps in and just maintaining.
I’m traveling tomorrow for about two weeks and I told myself I’d take a break from the gym but I honestly don’t want to come back feeling sluggish and weak. I’ve made so much progress so I’ll still go for 3x a week and get in a lot of daily walking/good cardio.
The AirBnBs and hotels I have all have respectable gyms. Don’t need a full blow gym but as far as I have some dumbbells and machines, I can make something work. Lowkey if I don’t work out this trip my ass mot gonna last long
Just need 1hr a day really and it should be easier since I don’t have work
