I'm currently wearing Brooks running shoes. I bought them around November so they may be worn out.

Currently, I'm not using insoles.
You would need to check the soles to see how worn they are but it's recommended to replace running shoes every 300-500 miles or 4-6 months. Depending on your running style and terrain you might be able to push them a little longer but it sounds like it might be time to retire them from running. Also, if you can afford, good insoles will have your feet loving you.

Great leg day today.

DLs, extra set of Goblet squats and some good accessory work.

Staying in this weekend, my holiday is next week. Need to save myself for then

Tomorrow will be shoulders, arms and abs finished with a 2mile run.

Saturday should be soccer + a 9 mile ride. Should also get in a lot of walking running errands in the city.

Mon, Tue and Wed next week I’ll push the hardest before I dip out.

So. Cal
So i finally found a routine that i stay consistent with.

5 days a week(i do 3 to 4 exercises for each muscle):
Day 1 - Chest, tri's, Shoulders .
Day 2- Back, Bi's, Delts
Day 3: Lower body and core
Day 4: Upper Body
Day 5: Lower Body + Cardio

This helps me with isolation days and split days. It felt like when i did strictly upper/lower body days or bro splits, i wasnt feeling it as much. With this routine, i hit every muscle at least twice a week while allowing rest periods. Im on week 2 of this and I feel great and my energy is slowly coming back.

That was my goal for this week but I had to go out of town for business. Totally threw off my program…….

Going to ramp back up next weekend then go for it the following weekend.
We did it brehs :blessed:

Not mad at 500# pull at 47 going on 48. Felt that shyt in my pec. Massive dude (pause) gave me props on the pull but it felt like I was fighting for my life.

Definitely going to set a new fitness goal for after mid-April.

Man one of the downsides of calisthenics that no one talks about is no bathrooms outside. I had to piss after my first lap but it's kids at the playground and old ladies getting their steps in. I wasnt trying to get put on a list. :pachaha:

Besides that it was a good session. I'm able to do pull-ups and dips more fluid now :ehh:

Went 5/5 last week in my last full week before my holiday. Friday’s shoulder session was meh but still did something.

Today was very good. 90 mins of soccer and 8miles of total cycling. Went to the city to do an in-body scan and do some shopping, too (already at 9k steps).

I think the in-body might under estimate my BF% (said I was 21.5%) but I went after soccer and only had water and a protein shake to be as fasted as possible. As far as it’s consistent with the “error” so to speak. I have been lifting a lot more consistently and I’m looking more defined so there might be some truth to it.

I’ll take another scan again at the end of Q2. Just $30
