First of fukking all. If you you are filming “content” find a place with space that allows it to happen

Second your content sucks filming them shytty bicep curls, FOH.

Third, you set up on a piece of equipment you unaware fool
How is someone supposed to notice if a camera was setup at the base of a hyperextension bench. You're just focused on keeping your balance and not trrying to not fall over. If anything she invaded his personal space. People like this got everyone walking on egg shells at the gym. :smh:

So usually I do full body workouts and work arms, abs, then legs for 3 cycles but I stopped at 2 and actually feel way better than I usually do the day after. I gotta monitor that a little but I might just keep it that way moving forward. Maybe add another day :ehh:

Breh when I looked up the nutrition facts on baklava I was so disgusted in myself. :francis:
I ain't gonna look them up (I will of course cause that's how us fitness folk are built:mjcry:), but I'm going to lie to myself and say since they are not a North American dessert they don't have all of the additives and chemicals, they are made from "natural" ingredients and old arab recipes passed down through generations, besides they have nuts in them and I have a bad habit of not getting enough healthy fats in...

I mean is it really that bad? It’s Philo, honey and walnuts. Yes it’s high calorie but I think there is something to be said about high calories whole food versus high calorie “high processed” foods.

This the energy I need right now.. :myman: ..but in truth I do keep that into consideration when choosing sweets.

I get “annoyed” with people doing useless shyt in the gym but at the end of the day that’s relative.

What I can’t stand is people doing useless shyt and taking up unnecessary space or occupying equipment.
