200g is crazy. How many shakes do you do a day?
I struggle to get 150g but then again I’m cutting so different goals.
Yeah it was hard before, even using meal prep. but I used AI & fitness pal to make sure it made sense.
So I’ll do 3 shakes throughout the day.
First (two scoops & 8-10oz of almond milk)
Second (one scoop & 8oz -10oz water)
Third - (one scoop & 8oz -10oz water)
