What I don't get is he has the equipment to do 5/3/1 so I don't understand why he didn't just follow the actual routineCan't think of a single 5/3/1 template that has you doing 7-8 prescribed exercises a clip, so maybe that's his accessory work written out and he's doing =<100 reps per category.

I appreciate you for caring about my disability and my health. It's greatly appreciated. Cause alot of people are Ableist and don't understand how hard it is to fight your disabilities.
Right on, I been trying to find this since I found just the regular 5/3/1 book.I personally would switch to a beginner routine for the Big 5 lifts to get faster noob gains than the extremely slow progression of 5/3/1 will give you, but that's just me.
