oh man...I started my gym journey about a month ago and I'm tracking my calories. I underestimated how hungry you can get from lifting weights. This is one of those nights I just gotta go to sleep to avoid overeating

I'm the strongest I've ever been and this is the longest in my life where I've stayed with it and I'm not letting off. I did put on a lot of weight, most of it is muscle but there is some excess I need to lose, at least about 10-15. Prob ain't shyt to most here, but being able to pull my ass up on a pull up 10 times in a row is something I didn't think I could ever do :pachaha:
