What kind of oatmeal you use? How much? I need to try this

I'm getting tired of eating this fruit flavored oatmeal:ld:
don't get no flavored oats. that ruins them. I get the 9lb box from Sams Club

Ive been goin to work straight from the gym while on this stint with 2nd shift. I cant even pick up my arms today, i aint doin shyt.

Do y'all workout while sick? I feel lightheaded so I don't want get in the gym and start squatting and pass out :sadcam:

i would pass on the squats son

when i was sick and doing legs i did all machines

i didnt wanna touch free weights

I dont like strong lift starting strength :birdman:

Moved up to 145 on flat bench i was struggling where i use to bang out 12 reps 3 sets.

Especially after gvt that was my first weight after warm up :whew:


I think another month of this then on to PHAT :leon:

lank to a good 5 day work out plan on PHAT?

I lost strength man and i just miss certain free weight machines and exercises period.

it was such a beautiful day out brehs..nikka didnt have to wear a jacket or sweats so i went home..put on my jordans and went to play some ball after i did some suicides..thank you IF and calisthenics for not making me flabby and sick cardio wise...but man my shooting was flabby and sick though :sadcam:..could get nothing to drop..mean rust..i got slaughtered in a couple one on one games with a cat in another building of my apt complex...im going to be hittin the courts hard this spring and summer to shake off this rust..real talk

The weather :blessed: 3 mile run yesterday and today. I didn't run up the hills though.

I did lunges yesterday, so today whenever I would move from the gas pedal to the brake my right quad would ache. I'm thinking of doing cardio as my outside runs and just hit the gym for strength. I would have to cut down my run distance/time to do both but I don't think it would be too difficult.
