The weather :blessed: 3 mile run yesterday and today. I didn't run up the hills though.

I did lunges yesterday, so today whenever I would move from the gas pedal to the brake my right quad would ache. I'm thinking of doing cardio as my outside runs and just hit the gym for strength. I would have to cut down my run distance/time to do both but I don't think it would be too difficult.

What gym? Ballys is DISGUSTING with this. No matter location. I've been all over the city. shyt is stupid. I resorted to going at 9:15 last might to avoid the crowd

i go to 24. if i go at night it has to be after 10:30-11 now. this is for the one closest to me tho. the other one i go to is near a college and its never as packed smh

It's an unnecessary exercise for me which has caused me nothing more than injuries whenever I attempt. I got my chest iwth dumbbells and now I just started more frequently with dips fukk that shyt. :smh:

I was going to record myself today but had a bad workout. Almost dropped a 135 pound dumbell on my face and didn't have a lot of energy.

i seen a nikka using the smith machine to bench, with a 25lb on one side, and a 5 on the other :dwillhuh:

How do you guys feel about using lifting belts? Seems like my core gets weak when I go past 290lbs. on squats. Using the belt it seems soo much easier almost like I'm cheating....:leostare:
