The weather 3 mile run yesterday and today. I didn't run up the hills though.
I did lunges yesterday, so today whenever I would move from the gas pedal to the brake my right quad would ache. I'm thinking of doing cardio as my outside runs and just hit the gym for strength. I would have to cut down my run distance/time to do both but I don't think it would be too difficult.

What gym? Ballys is DISGUSTING with this. No matter location. I've been all over the city. shyt is stupid. I resorted to going at 9:15 last might to avoid the crowd
