Man have I been sleeping on basketball. It's the goat sport. It's incorporates both anaerobic and aerobic tendencies. I swear I feel like I have a pump in my arms equivalent to doing a few sets of pull-ups after playing
Much respect to cats who play in the NBA and work out. It takes a lot to be able to move up and down the court consistently with muscles
do you notice any significant differences?
cause my body is starting to take a toll from all this fitness shyt
i wake up and jog around the block and do burpee and jump roping
then later on in the day i do my strength training with the weights
after the weights i go on the stairmaster for 20 minutes
its starting to wear me down man. my muscles are sore as shyt

@Resident Lesbian The callous from lifting will help soon enough...especially for pullups and deadlifts.
