:whew: Man have I been sleeping on basketball. It's the goat sport. It's incorporates both anaerobic and aerobic tendencies. I swear I feel like I have a pump in my arms equivalent to doing a few sets of pull-ups after playing :dwillhuh:

Much respect to cats who play in the NBA and work out. It takes a lot to be able to move up and down the court consistently with muscles :damn: :wow:

do you notice any significant differences?

cause my body is starting to take a toll from all this fitness shyt

i wake up and jog around the block and do burpee and jump roping

then later on in the day i do my strength training with the weights

after the weights i go on the stairmaster for 20 minutes

its starting to wear me down man. my muscles are sore as shyt


Stretching helps alot with DOMS for me...especially in my back/legs after squats and deadlifts.

Are you getting a FULL night's rest? When is the last time you have just taken a break from working out? shyt will do wonders...:steviej:

Cop some amino 3000(amino acids). It helped me with sorness, and I'm looking leaner. Helps with muscle repair. And that shyt gives you energy, I'm never tired any more.

Lowkey soccer is up there. Some cat have some impressive quads(pause). Same with goat sport rugby.

Cats who play rugby are the most overall fit athletes.

I think soccer is a big reason why I have thick ass legs. My calves get more attention than anything else :heh: :sadbron:

My squats were very meh except for the second set.

My bench was fine ass always

Dead lift could have been better especially since its 1 set.

The callus in the middle of my finger is really affecting my lift shyt hurts bad.

Any help?

Busy week with Final Four in town. Did a park workout:

.8 miles jog to the park
6 hill sprints (shorter)
30 box type jumps
5xChins
6 sprints flat surface
2 long hill runs
4 sets of stair jumps (feet together every step)
30 "bench" dips

LMAO at this new episode of the Dolce podcast :umad:

@Resident Lesbian The callous from lifting will help soon enough...especially for pullups and deadlifts. :myman: I got two blood clots on my hands from squats...had the Jesus Christ on the cross pose and forgot to move my hand when I went to re-rack the bar. I just ignore the pain.

Starting PHAT again Monday....need a 5 day routine. :wow:

I hit the Heavy Bag for 15-20 minutes non stop (well atleast I try non stop), the then the speed bag & I jump rope (skipping) after lifting.......

I give Boxers all the props in the world.....easily the hardest sport

I definitely want to start playing basketball more.
