cause my body is starting to take a toll from all this fitness shyt
i wake up and jog around the block and do burpee and jump roping
then later on in the day i do my strength training with the weights
after the weights i go on the stairmaster for 20 minutes
its starting to wear me down man. my muscles are sore as shyt
Stretching helps alot with DOMS for me...especially in my back/legs after squats and deadlifts.
Are you getting a FULL night's rest? When is the last time you have just taken a break from working out? shyt will do wonders...
