i don't mind the walking part on treadmill as long as you're putting some effort at higher than usual walking speed but if you can read anything much less focus on fukking around on your phone..you're not going hard enough and that's grounds for being criticized

:ld: I love reading on the tread mill doe on none cardio days just to warm up before my lifts.

I put the speed on 2.5 and incline on like 6 till about 10 mins then i'll raise it to 15 for the last 10 mins.


Work for me breh doesnt affect my work out in anyway.

:whew: Man have I been sleeping on basketball. It's the goat sport. It's incorporates both anaerobic and aerobic tendencies. I swear I feel like I have a pump in my arms equivalent to doing a few sets of pull-ups after playing :dwillhuh:

Much respect to cats who play in the NBA and work out. It takes a lot to be able to move up and down the court consistently with muscles :damn: :wow:

I do...looking to DL some yoga videos to do at the house. :mj:

do you notice any significant differences?

cause my body is starting to take a toll from all this fitness shyt

i wake up and jog around the block and do burpee and jump roping

then later on in the day i do my strength training with the weights

after the weights i go on the stairmaster for 20 minutes

its starting to wear me down man. my muscles are sore as shyt
