Need to see an orthopedic because I deff don’t wanna lose the momentum I’ve been on the past couple of weeks…

Likely gonna have to pause on the bench press for a lil bit :mjcry:

That or switch to DB press

Still gonna bench but gotta be really careful. Recurring injuries are the worst.

Like I legit hear a slight click sound when I rotate my shoulder. Might be a rotator cuff issue or my shoulder is out of socket.

Feels foolish to still bench very hard without resolving the underlying injury

I used to love the gym, but it just left out of nowhere. I do this shyt because I have to, not because I want to.

How do I go back to loving it?

Took a cortisone shot and changed my hand placement...
