Got a call from my doctor saying i had high enzyme levels in my liver (alcohol ) since then i dropped it completely and got back in the gym since my shoulder injury from august. Stuck to my old diet and i can see my abs coming back again. Physical therapy has help my shoulder alot allowing my bench to be alot better than ever

Never smelled Lord Sniff-Sniff? :gucci:
The rep itself isn’t that heavy but it’s 50/50 if my knee pain flares up to the point where I can’t do another rep. So I haven’t been able to even make a one rep max attempt in a while due to this. I can do 70percent for reps though, walking lunges leg extensions etc no problem. It seems to just be a once the weight get heavy enough thing

. I was doing light dead lifts and a 225 set had me reevaluating life once the bar got close to my kneecaps :sadbron:

Edit: no lord sniff sniff because preworkout still doing the job

Been hitting the gym for a solid month.

Been outta the gym for 3 yrs and been outta BJJ for about 18 months.

Put on a lot weight. Hit up Vegas 4 a week in late December and put on that vacation weight.

My guess is that I was 270+. Hit the gym for a week. Felt like I dropped a few and tipped the scale at 266.

Went for another week and jumped on the scale again and was at 267.

I was like damn man. Hit the last 2 weeks real good. Definitely slimmed down some. Clothes fitting better. Jumped on thebscal and was 269.

I wanna see the scale moving, but at least I'm looking and feeling smaller.

Muscle memory a beast cuz I'm hitting 8 reps @ 225 on the bench already.

My lower back still a lil jacket, sonI haven't done squats, or deadlifts. Been leg pressing, and assisted pull ups. Lots on heavy rows and farmers walks too.

Glad to be back in the gym. Def need to get the weight off.
