Can't front nothing irks me more than seeing folks with the big mammoth jugs of water walking around......y'all just can't refill a regular sized water bottle?

It doesn’t irk me, but it’s funny. I just use my 32 oz Gatorade bottle. Fill it up 4 times for a gallon. I can refill it with fresh cold water rathe than having a jug sit out in lukewarm temperatures all day. Plus it’s easy as hell to space out my drinking so it’s not hard at all to get my gallon in. Two bottles during my morning work. One bottle during lunchtime. One in the evening during dinner time.

My gym has the most dedicated mobility and ab people who ironically don’t have abs or mobility.

Light leg day today since I didn’t eat enough yesterday and knee was feeling a bit off



Even offered my squat rack to someone because I seen em kinda lingering in the area trying to figure out who was almost done

I’m pretty brolic and have a intimidating demeanor so sometimes I extend an olive branch since we all just trying to get better.
