It could be different things messing with the rhythm. For me, it was having a short rope and not swinging with my wrists. Once I corrected those it became smoother. I wouldn’t give up on it though. JR is very efficient for quality cardio.Guess it would be rhythm.
Every time I can get going for 30+ seconds, I'd have 3-4 times where I can get anything going.
This cac at my gym failed a 315 squat and starting getting mad emotional when he had to start pulling the plates off. Dude was damn near having a tantrum in front of the girl he was with .
Did you beat his ass? The only I ever took a shower in the gym is if it's a farm of individual showers..the only place I saw that in is my former workplace which had an on site gym..corporate enough to be free of any wild shenanigans.Made the horrible mistake of taking a shower at the gym today.

Wed: Rest
Thur: Walk/Run 50 Min
Fri: Am- Did a nice back workout.
Fri: Pm- Did a Great Chest workout.
Worked up to:
5 Reps @ 225 X 4
7 Reps @ 225 X 1
2 Reps each @ 235, 245, 255.
Then some Flys and Incline DB Press.
I'll hit Legs tomorrow.
Then Sunday go a lil harder on back and hit shoulders.
What was your gym routine?Copped a pull up bar for the crib. Gonna not go to the gym for a while so I can focus on calisthenics.
