Muscular fatigue is kinda irrelevant. More worried about joints and CNS fatigue than anything.

Bulgarian Method brehs know you actually get more injured taking time off because your muscles recover faster than your connective tissues. Taking time off allows the muscles to recover while your joints are still beat. Squatting everyday works best when you...squat everyday. :skip:

SIR, it was negative 2 and I was hitting the sledgehammer workout. So congrats you can run in place and female feeble YMCA planet fitness workouts can only be done on a machine
3 min jump rope
3 min bench, 3 min chest press, 3 min squat/lunge combo, 3 min 50lb curls, 3 min upright row, 3 min sledgehammer slams, 30 yard 300lb tire flips , then pulls, then carry it

If I plan on showering at the gym on cardio day, i have 3 pairs of shoes. I lift in my Kyrie 7s, I run in my running shoes, and put on my Timbs after I shower up.

Under no circumstances do I perform any other workout routines in my running shoes.

Right?

I walk inside the gym with a pair of Metcons on.

I keep my running shoes in the gym bag, along with my deadlifting Chucks and a pair of Romaleos. I usually keep another pair of Roms in the trunk.

NoBull lifters make great work shoes (used to get a 45-1 hour session) when I was in the office
I just looked it they look hard. I just don’t know how I feel about rocking the same shoes that I just lifted in, at the office.

Good thing I don’t have them problems :russ: .


But I might cop down the line.

I actually do run outside. I been posted I do more parachute intervals and hills OUTSIDE remember I posted the video pulling a grown man UP a hill

Like the collection….my Nike SB collection is up there lol (the reese forbes denim low, tiffanay lows, and Heinekens are lightweight
