Cardio is only useful for fighters, swimmers and divers, and for allowing your heart to pump that #POWDA! more efficiently. :ufdup:

I’ve been eating right but fell all the way off from working out.

SIR, it was negative 2 and I was hitting the sledgehammer workout. So congrats you can run in place and female feeble YMCA planet fitness workouts can only be done on a machine
3 min jump rope
3 min bench, 3 min chest press, 3 min squat/lunge combo, 3 min 50lb curls, 3 min upright row, 3 min sledgehammer slams, 30 yard 300lb tire flips , then pulls, then carry it
That's one round. And I do 3

So run all you want, you'll just die tired

NoBull lifters make great work shoes (used to get a 45-1 hour session) when I was in the office
I just looked it they look hard. I just don’t know how I feel about rocking the same shoes that I just lifted in, at the office.

Good thing I don’t have them problems :russ: .


But I might cop down the line.

But I might cop down the line.

If I plan on showering at the gym on cardio day, i have 3 pairs of shoes. I lift in my Kyrie 7s, I run in my running shoes, and put on my Timbs after I shower up.

Under no circumstances do I perform any other workout routines in my running shoes.
