Right?

I walk inside the gym with a pair of Metcons on.

I keep my running shoes in the gym bag, along with my deadlifting Chucks and a pair of Romaleos. I usually keep another pair of Roms in the trunk.

*Wesley Snipes Blade voice* Coli nikkas obviously have no idea who they are fukking with.

I ain't even pop the trunk on this nikka. :troll:

My form isn’t the problem causing my sciatica pain. Hips strong, core braced, no pain in knees, i drilled my form like crazy this season.

I tweaked my L5 4 years ago jumping off a boat to the dock, weird landing on left foot first.

I usually squat wearing basketball sneakers. Squatted consistently from fall up til now, but my sciatica issues just came back end of December.

I’m trying to determine if my choice in footwear is the driver in my pain.

My question for y’all is, would lifting shoes be beneficial in my situation?

The two biggest benefits of (Olympic) lifting shoes are:
1) The sole is non-compressible. A lot of folks squat in running shoes, that's like squatting on a cloud. Dudes squatting in Oly shoes have more stable platforms to push off of.

2) The raised heel simulates the effect of having increased ankle mobility.

If your specific issues don't sound like they'd be helped by the above, then I'd say keep your cash and KIM. :manny:
