I never followed the guy, but does anybody feel like the whole liver King exposé drama is based off of hating on the dude? He built up a pretty good thing for himself regardless his natural status.

To me he was basically under the same umbrella as any other kind of influencer / entertainer. Like WWE wrestler status.

Dude said you're Sub prime if you juice yet he was juicing. He had an image to keep up and that physique was only achievable at his age with some help, it just didn't help that he flat out denied it when he could have not answered or implied that he was but didn't want to talk on it and keep pushing the liver shyt as he does actually eat that stuff.

I haven’t practiced mixed grip in a while, but can confidently do 4 plates double overhand.


Been getting back to squatting heavy again. I stopped at 3 plates and a 35 in the summer.

But I feel even stronger now.

Should be back to where I was during summer before the new year.

Will definitely break the 4 plate barrier using “proper” form, some time early in 2023.

I’m choosing violence when the new year hits.

Bringing in the first few months with pr’s

After running a ppl “set up” last month and change can’t wait to get back on 5/3/1… 100% a 3/4 day fully body breh :ohlawd:

You know you can run a PPL "set up" while still doing 5/3/1, right? :usure:
